The Home Tab has 5 sections with commands and dropdowns:

1. Attributes—controls for levels, colors, line weights, line styles, and transparency settings.
2. Primary—OpenCities Map functions—normally not used in OpenComms PowerView.
3. Spatial Tools—OpenCities Spatial tools—normally not used in OpenComms PowerView.
4. Selection Tools—Element selection tool and Fence tools.
5. Comms Reference—OpenComms reference attach tools. Attach Adjacent allows the attachment of reference files that are adjacent to the active file. Attach View us used to attach all reference files that intersect the selected view of the active file. These reference files must exist in the data folder from which you opened the active file.
